I got an error message that the PowerPoint file is corrupted, but it still can be opened (error message attached). I tried to re-save the file, but even then I could not change because the program shows "Not responding". Any ideas as to what is causing this? And how can I fix it?
Error MSG: PowerPoint can't display some of the text, images, or objects as slides in the file.

You are trying to open a PSD file in the Microsoft PowerPoint application. While in some cases that's possible, I believe that it will render errors in this one. Double check the file that you are trying to import. I currently have the latest version of Microsoft PowerPoint installed on my PC and I've also tried to import a PSD file just like you were trying to do, but I received an error which says that PSD file is not supported.
I am having trouble running a video filmed with my Samsung Q10 and converted to a wmv file (as 640 X 480 and 3000 kbps)in Power Point 2003. While I can insert and run the video, it does not run smoothly (it stops and starts or is played too slowly). Any suggestions?

This might be a video decoding issue, so you can try to convert your video to another supported format, such as .mpg or .flv. You should also consider installing a complete video encoding package, such as Media Player Codec Pack.
